As a faculty member in education, I am guided by the constructive alignment theory that emphasizes the need for connecting curriculum, instruction and assessment to enhance the learning opportunities offered in the educational setting. In this regard, I contributed successfully to the Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) in all possible ways as I am keen to ensure that they are highly aligned to teaching instruction, assessment and course learning outcomes as well as my planning to structure a new course ECE 3213.
